Your full name, valid e-mail address, current zip code, and gender are required to become an M Loyalty member and receive program benefits.

    A: M Elite status is awarded to members who have spent $500 or more in a rolling 12-month period. When a member becomes eligible for M Elite status, the member’s new card will be mailed to him/her using the mailing address the member has provided. If a mailing address does not exist on file for the member, he/she will still be eligible to receive the elevated benefits associated with M Elite.

    A: M Elite members receive a $15.00 Award each time they accumulate 200 Points. This replaces the standard $10.00 Award. M Elite members also receive a $20.00 Award to use during their birthday month, in addition to double points all month long. Finally, M Elite members receive free shipping on all qualifying purchases.

  • Q: Why did my M Elite status get removed?

    A: M Elite membership is retained by spending $500 or more in a rolling 12-month period. If a member does not maintain this level of spend, his/her membership will be returned to standard M Loyalty member and all M Elite level benefits will be turned off.

  • Q: Can my friends and family share my M Loyalty membership?

    A: No, M Loyalty memberships are not transferable and may only be used by an individual member for the member's personal benefit.

    A: By becoming an M Loyalty member, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from GUESS and its affiliates.     A: You receive one Point for nearly every dollar spent, before sales tax, on qualifying purchases.

    A: All purchases made at participating locations except gift cards, shipping, alterations, or other merchandise as noted for special promotions qualify.

  • Q: Can I earn M Loyalty points on GUESS and GUESS Accessories purchases?

    A: Yes, any GUESS product purchased in a Marciano Retail, GUESS Retail or GUESS Retail Accessories store, and at Marciano.com or shopMarciano.ca will earn points in the customer's M Loyalty account.

  • Q: Can I use my GUESS List card to earn points for purchases made at Marciano.com or shopMarciano.ca?

    A: Yes, the GUES List card will accrue points for purchases made at Marciano.com or shopMarciano.ca.

  • Q: What is the difference between pending Points and earned Points?

    A: Earned Points will post to your account within 30 days of the purchase date. Points will be pending prior to the 30 day requirement. Only earned Points count toward Awards.

    A: To apply Points earned while you were an M Loyalty member, but are not reflected in your Pending account or Point account balances, complete the Customer Care form online or contact Customer Care at 1-866-44-MARCIANO (1-866-446-2724).

  • Q: Can I get Points for purchases made prior to my M Loyalty membership?

    A: Only transactions made after you have signed up for the M Loyalty program are eligible for Points.

    A: If you have registered your M Loyalty or GUESS List card online, you can review your Point and Award balances in your "My Account" on GUESSbyMarciano.com. You may retrieve account information at any time in store or by calling Customer Care at 1-866-44-MARCIANO (1-866-446-2724).

  • Q: Why does my account balance not reflect the Points from my transaction receipt?

    A: Pending Points will post to your account within 24 hours of the purchase. Earned Points will post to your account within 30 days of the purchase.

  • Q: Why has my Points account balance decreased?

    A: There are a couple reasons you may see your account balance decrease. Your Points expire 6 months from your last purchase and will fall off your account balance. If your account balance was over 200 Points, you may have earned an Award. In this case, you will see your account balance decrease by 200 Points and your Award balance be credited with an Award.

    A: The Points earned from the returned merchandise will be deducted from your Point account.

    A: You can earn points on purchases made in the US and Canada only. Points shall be calculated based on the final sale price in the local currency. All Awards shall be issued in the currency associated with your sign-up location. If you use your Award in a country different from the country where you signed up, the applicable exchange rate value of your Award shall apply to your purchase.

    A: Awards are coupons for discounts off future purchases and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the sum of the Awards presented for redemption at Participating Stores, excluding tax. Awards cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards or certain other merchandise and are not redeemable for cash.

    A: No, M Loyalty or GUESS List members may choose the amount of their Award to redeem on each purchase.
