Ground shipping on your replacement order will be free of charge. GUESSbyMarciano.com gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to fourteen days after you receive the package. Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be attached. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry are final sales. Sale merchandise may only be returned to a store for an exchange.
Refunds for items returned within fourteen days of the shipment received date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The only exception to this are returns made to a store that were purchased online through PayPal or Bill Me Later®. These returns must be refunded via a merchandise return card. If the item was a gift purchased online, send it back to GUESSbyMarciano.com along with your online gift receipt. GUESS by Marciano merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Orders placed through Amazon.com can only be returned to the distribution center by following the mailing instructions on the back of your invoice.

In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no extra charge for shipping and handling. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise and refund your credit card for your returned merchandise upon receipt.
Q: What if I need to make a return, but I've lost my original receipt?
A: If you wish to return your item to GUESS by Marciano.com, simply include a note along with your order that includes your order number and your full name (you can find the order number on the order confirmation email you originally received or if you were a registered GUESS by Marciano.com shopper at the time by logging in to your GUESS by Marciano.com account and viewing your order history). If you wish to return your item to a store, an exchange may be made for merchandise of equal or lesser value. Q: How do I return an item I received as a gift?
A: To return an item you received as a gift, you must first reference where the item was purchased:
1. If the gift was purchased online: Send it back to GUESS by Marciano.com, along with your online gift receipt, within 14 days of when you receive the product to receive a gift card redeemable online or at any GUESS by Marciano store. IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive a gift card in the mail upon return, please note your request on the back of the online gift receipt, otherwise, a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase. You may also return a GUESS by Marciano.com item to a GUESS store. Please refer to our return policy above for more details on returning to a GUESS by Marciano store.
2. If the gift was purchased in a GUESS by Marciano Store: Return it to a GUESS by Marciano store, along with your gift receipt, within 14 days of when you receive the product. If your item was not purchased online, you may not return it to GUESS by Marciano.com. Please refer to our return policy above for more details on returning to a GUESS by Marciano retail store.
3. If the gift was purchased at a retailer other than GUESS by Marciano: The merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
